In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is very important to be able to get everyone's opinion and promptly collect feedback. The Polys system allows you to vote on issues now and make decisions remotely.

Security and anonymity
We use encryption to keep the intermediate voting results secret, and a blind signature mechanism for anonymization.

Frequently Asked Questions
We use encryption to keep the intermediate voting results secret, and a blind signature mechanism for anonymization. You can find out how it works in our Whitepaper.
There are four voting formats in the Polys system: single-option ballot, multiple-option ballot, multiple-option points system, and For/Against/Abstain. The organizer chooses the voting method.
A single-option ballot implies that the voter ticks one box on the ballot. For a multiple-option ballot, the voter will tick several boxes, in accordance with the number set by the organizer of the vote. A multiple-option points system ballot is a vote in which the voter distributes points between the answer options at their discretion. The For/Against/Abstain format allows a voter to vote on multiple issues or proposals in a single vote.
Voting where the votes of some participants carry greater weight is already in development and will be available for use by the end of the year.
Yes, in the Organizer panel you can see which of the participants went to the vote using the link from the email or text message and received a voting ballot. The list of these participants is displayed in the form of a table at the "Voting" stage.
In our system, voters' personal data is the name entered by the vote organizer when compiling the list, and the email address/phone numbers are not stored on the blockchain: we store them in the database of a special authentication service. The blockchain stores only the internal identifier assigned to the voter by this service.
Access to this database is limited and is only used to authenticate voters and send them notifications of upcoming polls. There is no other processing of voters' personal data in our system.
There are three types of voter identification in the Polys system: by email, text message or PIN code. In the case of identification by email or text message the voter follows a secure individual link and votes. For identification by PIN code, the voter goes to the vote via a public link, enters a unique PIN code and then votes.
Yes, you can create a vote on Polys very quickly – the preparation stage takes no more than five minutes. That makes our system ideal for voting during a party conference, for instant polls or in a quick second round of voting in the event of a tie.
Yes, you can add the organization's logo to the splash screen of the voting application or paint the application in corporate colors. Terms are discussed individually with each customer.
We use blockchain technology as a basis to ensure that the Polys voting system is verifiable. This is due to the immutability of the data recorded in the blockchain and the ability to verify the logic of all processes performed by smart contracts. Our system is designed to meet the requirements of digital voting and reflects the values of democracy in its architecture. You can find out more about what to check, and how, at each stage of voting in our Whitepaper.
As soon as the acceptance of votes is completed, the results will be visible to all the participants. Voters can see the results on their devices if they click on the link they used to vote. The voting protocol can be downloaded in the Organizer panel.
